Historic Eckhart House will charm you with it’s
blend of traditional Loyalist architecture and antiques, enhanced
with luxurious contemporary features, essential for a premium
vacation property. The main brick house and traditional brick
summer kitchen, both boast their own sitting porches. A western
facing sunroom, extending beyond the kitchen, opens onto a walk-out
stone patio, garden arbour and barbeque, a perfect setting for
casual summer entertaining,
al fresco dining or special events.
The “County Chic” contemporary eat-in kitchen features
state-of-the-art appliances, ideal for preparing both intimate
soirees and group dinners.
Original pine and hemlock floors have been restored throughout the main house to a lustrous warmth, highlighting the original baseboards and architectural trim.
Sleeps 10, with 4 bedrooms, a flexible second floor Eckhart “family room” with twin beds, 3 bathrooms and “YummySleep” white linens and towels, changed weekly.
